HR – Attendance Module
The management of the attendance including absentees, vacation, holiday, sickness, unpaid leaves, vacation scheduling, late arrivals, early leaves, overtime, etc… can put pressure on any business, even with small businesses of around 10 employees.
HR attendance module integrates directly with various biometric punching terminals (both fingerprint and hand), RFID cards, and USB fingerprint devices, thus automating the punching operations and providing our customers with precise control and up-to-date information of their employees.
When purchased with our payroll module, the attendance module can optionally automate the update of the overtime, deductions, and transportation in the payroll.
HR – payroll module handles all the employee personal data, including HR information on training, evaluations, education, etc… and the automated computation of the payroll and taxation, all the way to the direct generation of the government income tax reports (R5, R6, R10), certified by the ministry of finance.
Protection on the financial information of each and every employee is secured by various logical controls to allow easy access without compromising the communication among different departments, branches, or companies.
